To take advantage of the internet and IT services, the customer must request them directly to Plaza Mayor, providing confirmation at least 5 working days before the event. The prices of the different services are only provided as a reference and should be quoted to the customer for each event, according to his/her needs.

POWER, GAS, WATER, AQUEDUCT AND SEWER AOM SERVICES
(MANAGEMENT, MANPOWER, SUPPLIES AND MAINTENANCE)
Considering the technical conditions of these services, Plaza Mayor will evaluate the needs economically and technically, based on the particular demands of every client.

CLEANING, SURVEILLANCE AND LOGISTICS
This is quoted according to the needs of each event. In the quote of the cleaning services, a separated category is included for the value of the consumables.

SERVICE CENTER
In addition to the guidance service for visitors, a cloakroom service is offered, which lets people visiting the convention center leave their luggage safely and free of charge during their stay so they can comfortably enjoy the events.

WAREHOUSES

Our Convention and Exhibition spaces have spacious warehouses for the storage of all kinds of goods. This service is subject to space availability.
