Medellín, March 2025. For the first time in ten years, Plaza Mayor approved an investment plan funded with its own resources to renew its spaces. The decision aims to modernize the venue’s infrastructure and keep the city on par with the major national and international events.
The renovation includes improvements to meeting rooms, exhibition halls and common areas, with a focus on the experience of organizers, exhibitors and visitors. It is one more step in the growth and sustainability strategy the company has been consolidating in recent years.
With this investment, Plaza Mayor reaffirms its role as Medellín’s leading convention and exhibition center and as an engine of growth for the city’s economy.
